Our Awards
Arrival & Departure
Guests are able to gain access to the property any time after 3pm on their night
of stay and are requested to leave by 10 am on their morning of departure.
An alternative check in is now available please ask for details, this is for guests arriving at different times to the above times during the day or night, when there will be no one available to greet them.
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served between the following times:-
- weekdays: 7am to 9am
- weekends: 8am to 10 am

Bookings
Bookings can be made by phone on 01825 840936/7 or on 07813974568. You will be
asked for a 50% deposit to make a reservation. This is refundable only if cancellation
is received at least 7 days in advance of the date of stay.

Please note that all Mastercard, American Express and
other credit card payments carry an additional 2.5% charge
to the customer.
Cancellation policy
Your booking is a legally binding contract, which means if you wish to cancel
your stay at Beechwood you will be asked to pay a cancellation fee.
- 14 days or more (no cancellation fee)
- Less than 14 days.. 50%
- Less than 48 hours 100% (no show)
Television
There is a TV provided in each bedroom. You are also welcome to use the TV in
the conservatory during the evening.
Garden & Swimming Pool
The garden is there to be enjoyed by our guests.
Please check before booking if the swimming pool and hot tub have been opened this year, (This depends on hosepipe bans and weather). Iif you are booking for either of these facilities please check before booking that they are open.
Evening Meals
We do not provide evening meals but we will be happy to advise on local restaurants
and pubs.
Availability
We are open all-year-round including Christmas and New Year.
