Historic Lewes is approx 5/6 miles away from Beechwood Halland. There is a good train service from London to Brighton.

Lewes is known for its Antique shops and fantastic quirky cafe's. Bills for brunch,Lunch, or tea is always a talking point.

You can also buy all the local produce on sale. 

If you are not shopping but wish to visit Lewes then Lewes Castle and Ann of Cleves house are worth visiting after shopping.

BRIGHTON, EASTBOURNE and TUNBRIDGE WELLS
These are approx half hours drive from Beechwood and have all of the larger stores as-well as quirky shops.

LOCAL PRODUCE
Farm shops and Markets are rife in East Sussex, many just a few miles away.
