About your stay
Arrivals, Check In & Check Out
Guests attending either Glyndebourne or weddings can check-in from 1pm. All other guests are able to gain access to the property any time after 3pm on their night of stay and all guests are requested to leave by 10.30am on the morning of departure.
An alternative check in is now available. Please ask for details. This is for guests arriving at different times to the above, during the day or night, when there will be no one available to greet them.
Breakfast
Beechwood’s award winning breakfasts cater for a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements, including full english cooked to order, vegetarian options, homemade jams, smoked salmon, kippers, large choice of cereals, fresh breads, continental style, eggs, yoghurts and fresh fruits
Served between the following times:-
weekdays: 7am to 9am
weekends: 8am to 10 am

We always use fresh local and seasonal produce were possible – supporting local rural communities – and ensuring your breakfast is of the highest standard.
Bookings
Bookings can be made by phone on 01825 840937 or on 07813 974 568. Alternatively, you can make a reservation by visiting our booking page.
We ask for a credit or debit card to secure your booking. No deposit is required and full payment will be made upon arrival or departure from Beechwood.
Please note that we no longer take American Express.

Cancellation policy
Your booking is a legally binding contract, which means if you wish to cancel your stay at Beechwood you may be asked to pay a cancellation fee.
- 14 days or more (no cancellation fee)
- Less than 14 days.. 50%
- Less than 48 hours 100% (no show)
